Our clear, aromatic Dtom Yam is infused with the freshest herbs and ingredients. Herbs are simmered in chicken stock to extract their full flavour, then fish sauce, lime juice and chilli are added as the finishing touch.
Peek Gai Sod Sai
Chicken wings are skilfully deboned by our chefs then marinated in fresh herbs for a full day before they are stuffed with a mixture of minced chicken and herbs and fried to a golden crisp.
