Gai Hor Bai Toey
(Deep-Fried Chicken Wrapped in Pandan Leaves)

Our succulent chicken is marinated in a mixture of fresh herbs and sauces for three days until the meat is soaked with flavour. Then they are carefully wrapped in fragrant pandan (screw pine) leaves and deep-fried, bringing out a full spectrum of delightful tastes and aromas.

 

Yam Som Oo
(Spicy Pomelo Salad)

sweet, spicy, crunchy – this delicious salad has it all. only the sweetnest pomelos are hand-picked in Thailand and air-flown to Singapore. The fresh pomelo pulps are then tosses with prawns and chicken in a spicy, sweet sauce of chilli jam, topped with grouned peanuts and crunchy roasted coconut

Peek Gai Sod Sai
(Deep-Fried Stuffed Chicken Wings)

Chicken wings are skilfully deboned by our chefs then marinated in fresh herbs for a full day before they are stuffed with a mixture of minced chicken and herbs and fried to a golden crisp.
